Died Boris Yeltsin. Seal of the United Arab Emirates Condoles

April 23, 2007, the first president of Russia Boris Yeltsin died. The heart stopped. This became known from the message of the official representative of the Kremlin.

The death of the 76-year-old Russian leader who stood at the origins of the current Russian democracy and market economy is reported and expressed condolences by all the information sources of the Arab Gulf countries.

All the emirate newspapers on their pages reported a tragic event, mainly with reference to news agencies in Russia and Western countries. Reports say that thanks to Yeltsin, the dissolution of the Soviet Union took place without bloodshed, but tens of millions of people became poor. About a week before his death, Boris Yeltsin and his wife, resting on the waters of the Dead Sea, visited a place on the Jordan River, where, according to Christian tradition, Jesus Christ was baptized. Like most Christian pilgrims, Yeltsin did not plunge into the river. He washed his face and hands in the Jordan. All Russians living in the United Arab Emirates grieve and condole with Boris Nikolayevich’s family and friends.
