The UAE, represented by the Dubai Electricity Supply Authority (DEWA), ranked first in the world in terms of providing electricity to real estate, according to a World Bank report from Doing Business 2018. DEWA achieved high results in the field of efficiency and reliability, which proved to be competitive in relation to European and American solutions. DEWA reduced losses in transmission and distribution networks to 3.3 percent compared to 6-7 percent in Europe and the USA, while losses in the water supply network dropped to 8 percent compared to 15 percent in North America, which is one of the best results. in the world.
