UAE citizen built a wind generator in the courtyard of his house

A former United Arab Emirates aircraft engineer designed and built a wind generator in his home.

An engineer from the UAE has installed a wind generator in his home and claims that he works even in calm weather.

Al Hussein Al Abadi, a former aircraft engineer, spent 100 thousand dirhams to build a wind turbine in the courtyard of his house in Abu Dhabi.

For many years, the man studied wind turbines and visited countries such as the USA, Japan and Germany to understand the principles of operation of such generators.

The wind turbine installed by Mr. Al Abadi is innovative and unique, as it can work and produce electricity with the smallest gusts of wind due to the use of solar energy. The 61-year-old man used in his unit the most affordable energy source in the Emirates - the sun. Solar energy feeds a wind generator, which in turn generates electricity.

“I am a big supporter of clean energy, and that is what inspired me to invent. I believe that everyone should help society to reduce emissions and contribute to the development of clean energy.” Citizens should take an active stand on their own, and not just hope on state decisions, "said Mr. Al Abadi.

“Before I built my own wind generator, I spent a lot of time researching. I found that most windmills stop functioning when there is no wind. They are idle, so I set out to create an innovative wind generator that would work around the clock, even on a calm the weather, "the inventor added.

"My wind generator is powered by solar energy, I placed solar panels on the unit that accumulate energy from sunlight and turn it into electricity. My windmill can work around the clock, and when it is turned off, the device stores energy for future use," he stressed Mr. Al Abadi.

According to Al Abadi, the wind generator charges itself - the energy that it produces feeds its battery.

“The unit can charge itself: when the wind turbine is working, it transfers energy back to its battery, which makes it a highly efficient machine. There will always be energy for work in the unit,” the designer added.

Al Abadi said the generator generates electricity for all the equipment in his house.

I use a wind generator to provide for my home. Light and various electrical appliances, such as a refrigerator, work from him. I also use a windmill to generate electricity for the backyard of my house: air conditioners or lighting in the yard also work from it.

“I confidently declare that the wind turbine allowed me to save a lot of money on energy costs. I hope that this technology can be used on a large scale not only for my house, but also for the dwellings of other people. It is quite possible to use my technology to provide the electricity of several houses, "added Mr. Al Abadi.
