"In case of eviction from the hotel and / or problems with leaving the UAE due to non-payment of accommodation and tickets by the tour operator who purchased the tour, we recommend that you contact the offices of the tour operator and / or Tour Help for the purpose of early evacuation to the Russian Federation," in the message.
As an alternative way out of this situation, the tourist has the right to pay for accommodation and transportation from his own means and to submit regressive requirements to the tour operator / travel agent and / or insurance company, also specified in the diplomatic department.

The appeal of the tourist should contain the following information:
- surname, name and patronymic of the tourist (tourists);
- address of the location of the tourist (s);
- the number of the agreement on the sale of the tourist product and the name of the tour operator (travel agent);
- contact information of the author of the appeal;
- circumstances (facts) testifying to the tour operator's failure to fulfill obligations under the agreement on the sale of a tourist product in terms of the failure to fully or partially provide the tourist with the transportation and (or) accommodation services included in it.
