There are cosmetologists from whom every time they expect something unusual - grandiose techniques, the latest technologies and beauty breakthroughs. The beautician Carol Madgio belongs to this category: she has a sharp eye and the patience of a doctor. At first glance it’s clear: Carol is the mistress of her appearance and, as I suppose, her life. It all started with her husband’s accidentally abandoned phrase that at 30 she looks older than her age. This made Carol sit in front of the mirror and carefully examine her face contour. So, more than 30 years ago, a revolutionary set of exercises from Carol Maggio was born - a modern alternative to plastic surgery. To do this, she turned to the study of the physiology of aging to develop a complex of 14 synergistic exercises to strengthen facial muscles, smooth wrinkles on the forehead and nasolabial folds without Botox and hyaluronic acid injections.

Today, in her 70s, Carol is still the best proof of the effectiveness of her methodology. Her styling is always impeccable, her face looks young and attractive; you will not see her in worn jeans and a shapeless sweater. In July 2011, Carol released an updated version of the book, this time with 13 synergistic exercises that involve 57 muscles of the face and neck. Exercises need to be performed with greater intensity and resistance, but the energy connection between the muscles of the face, the brain and visualization is still very important.

To tell the truth, the facelift fashion in Russia was introduced by Alena Rossoshinskaya, a specialist in physical rehabilitation, an osteopath, an international fitness trainer for the face who teaches in the cities of Europe, America and the Middle East.

How to rejuvenate your face in just 20 minutes a day” is the name of the book by Alena Rossoshinskaya. 36 exercises and 2 types of massage will give a noticeable lifting effect, improve complexion and remove wrinkles.

And at her two-day safety seminar, which she periodically holds in Dubai, you can learn to remove the second chin, restore fullness and a clear contour of the lips, get rid of the swelling of the eyelids and circles under the eyes and visually lengthen the neck.

Alena admits that she pushed her to study facelift one unsuccessful experience with Botox injections. Then she discovered the technique of Carol Maggio, which became a real insight for her. Under the skin of the face there are muscles similar to those in the body. And through training, they can be maintained in perfect condition throughout life. “The face is the main means of communication. This is the first thing a person sees when communicating with others,” says Alena, “and the person’s internal state is immediately reflected on his face. Knowing the mechanisms, you can achieve visible results in just three months.” According to her, the main sign of aging is a sagging face, especially its lower part. The neck drops, a second chin appears. Exercise can inhibit this process, without surgical intervention and without any side effects. The only "side effect" is an improvement in mood, because the facial muscles primarily reflect our psycho-emotional state.

Alena is not going to stop there. In her new book, Feyskultura, she suggests using wellness exercises for the face and neck, and if you trust extravagant techniques, you can use lymphatic drainage, self-massage and relaxing practices. Light exercises, fine control of facial habits, taking into account the anatomy of the facial muscles and self-massage complex, will turn the clock back. But talking about gymnastics is useless. You need to try it.
