Kazakh President Appoints New Ambassador to United Arab Emirates

Nursultan Nazarbayev signed a decree on the appointment of a new ambassador of Kazakhstan to the United Arab Emirates.

Menilbekov Madiyar Smadilovich by Presidential Decree appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Arab Emirates by decree of President Nursultan Nazarbayev.

Lama Sharif Kairat Kaiyrbekuly dismissed from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the UAE.

Menilbekov Madiyar Smadilovich was born on February 8, 1978 in the Merken district of the Zhambyl region. He studied in Tripoli and Kazakhstan, graduated from the Masters of the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages ​​named after Abylay Khan.

A specialist in Arabic language and Islamic studies, from 2002 to 2005 Madiyar Smadilovich held the position of senior lecturer at the Egyptian University of Islamic Culture "Nur-Mubarak". From 2005 to 2006 he taught at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From April to September 2006, he held the position of third secretary of the Department of Asia and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2006 to 2011 - attaché, third, second secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the United Arab Emirates.

In 2011-2012, he was the first secretary of the Department of Asia and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2012-2015 - Advisor to the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the United Arab Emirates. From 2015 to April 2017 - Advisor and Envoy of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the UAE. In April 2017, he was appointed Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Dubai.
